Words We Don't Say...

I'd score this 2.75 ⭐ on a scale of 5. First half was super slow and I would have given it a ⭐. The end picked up.

Little White Lies...

I much prefer The Naturals series to this book. A decent read. the second half definitely outshines the first half. I'm going to have to pick up my reading if I hope to accomplish my goal by the year's end. Only nine books to read before the end of the year!

This was a great suspense book! Totally on the strange side but definitely enjoyable!

Every Breath...

Words cannot describe how good this book was! I could have read it in one night had I had the time! It's been a long time since I wanted to devour a Sparks book like I did with this one! You won't be disappointed!

A Spark of Light...

Told in reverse order starting with current time back to the beginning point. It took me a few hours (how the book is told instead of chapters) to piece all the characters together. Tough subject but worth the read.

Sadie...

Trying to get back on track to reach my reading goal. I will need an upbeat book for sure after finishing this one! Courtney Summers' books tend to be very dark!

My Plain Jane...

Although I liked the first book more (I lol'd more), this one was still funny! So many references to historical items in this one. I've been working on this one since summer. I'm excited to move on to something new and hopefully get back to meeting my reading goal. It's been a super busy semester!

Hidden Pieces...

A decent suspense novel. I've enjoyed two of Paula Stokes other books so I knew I had to try this one out as soon as it was released.

Losing the Field...

First book I've wanted to read since the beginning of August. I LOVE a good series! Not my favorite out of the series but not my least favorite.

Book #9 for the summer has left me emotionally exhausted! A little different than Hoover's past books as the chapters alternate between "now" and "then." You're going to need the Kleenex while reading the last 100 pages!

Summer reading book #7 is finished. Told in alternating points of view. Brings together a group of strangers waiting on loved ones to be brought to the hospital after a bridge collapse. I'd rate it 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Summer book #6 is complete! Not Elkeles' best work, but I never can resist reading her new releases. The ending will leave you a little stunned!

Wowzer! Best book I've read all summer! Erin Watt's book When It's Real was the best book I read last summer. You could easily devour this book in one sitting!

Summer book #3 is finished. I'd rate this one 3.5 out of 5⭐. Quick read that dives into teenage homelessness.

Finished my first book of the summer! It's been about a month since I had any motivation to read. This one was a little unsettling to me but I couldn't put the book down.

I enjoyed this book! Reminded me a lot of One of Us is Lying. Worth the read!

I feel like it has been forever since I've finished a book! I love a good Kasie West book! This one was a little different than her normally writing. I enjoyed it! I can't wait to see who the spinoff character will be for the next book.

I LOVED This is Where it Ends by this author. I was expecting so much from her next book. This one was beyond weird! Definitely a little of a sophomore slump for me. Book #2 for 2018 is done..48 more to reach my goal!
